Graduated from the Grenoble Midwifery School in 2013, I worked for a few months at the Groupe Hospitalier Mutualiste clinic and then for nearly 8 years at the University Hospital of Grenoble Alpes.
In this type III maternity ward, I contributed to the creation of the Lotus delivery room dedicated to natural birth, and to its opening to independent midwives. I participated in the creation of a communication tool for deaf or non-French speaking patients, as well as the creation of the maternity's website.
With some colleagues, we created Maison Saine, a free app for Android available on Google Play, an information document, and discussion workshops focusing on environmental health.
Finally, I was a member of the scientific committee of the Réseau Périnatal Alpes Isère, which is dedicated to the constant improvement of care in our maternity hospitals.
I was able to benefit from several initiations: aromatherapy, homeopathy, accupressure, therapeutic communication and developmental care.
Always seeking to improve the experience of my patients, I completed the University Diploma in Medical Hypnosis in 2019. It is an approach that aims to allow the patient to be independent in finding their own resources and thus acquire serenity and comfort.
In 2023 I completed the University Diploma in Obstetrics Physiology, that focuses on natural processes of pregnancy, birth and post-partum. Since 2023, I give a class in this diploma on evidence-based medecine's latest findings in natural labor pain management
In 2024 I completed the University Diploma in Medical care for violence victims
Convinced of the relevance of the global (or continuous) care, especially after an internship with several midwives in Edmonton, Canada, I signed an agreement with the University Hospital of Grenoble Alpes to deliver my patients in the Lotus delivery room.
Inspired by the works of Michel Odent or Martin Winkler, I am very attached to the respect of patients rights and to their information, to allow them to be active participants in their care and decision-making. My role is to provide information, resources, and recommendations that will support parents in making informed choices for their healthcare.
Having lived in Canada for a year, I can perform consultations and deliveries in French and English.
